About Your Teacher
Ms. Brassil earned Master's and Bachelor's degrees (magna cum laude) from the University of West Florida. While teaching in Florida, Ms. Brassil was awarded Master Teacher Certification, designed to recognize the state's top professionals in education.
In Tennessee she has consistently earned TVAAS scores of 5 -- the highest rating -- for the last decade, placing her in the top 10% of educators in the state.
She has taught grades 7-12 and college from Florida to Tennessee, including Auburn University at Montgomery, MTSU, Huntingdon College, and Vol State.
While her vocation includes providing the best possible education and experiences for her students, her avocations include reading, genealogy, and traveling.
